To my previous year donors, and potential new donors this year,

I finally have a limited approval, from the doctor on my knee, to ride this 150 mile event.  My limit is that he trusts me to stop, if a problem starts.  Don’t worry, I have been riding these past two weeks, and my knee isn’t my biggest problem.  I have aged during this past winter and spring period, while nursing my leg.  I am softer and flabbier, which set me back a year or two, on my weight loss, but this ride is the start of the year for me.  A little late, but what the heck...  Training is a slow progression, but I will be ready.

If you have room in your yearly charity budget, I would appreciate help, to first reach my minimum requirement of $300 in donations that will allow me to ride in the event then I also hope to achieve the goal amount set for me this year.  If I make $1,000, I will get a special jersy.  I am not sure it will fit, but would be nice to get.  You see people my size, don't typically ride these events,  or these distances.

If you don't have room in this yearly budget, I understand.  But I would appreciate you spreading my link throughout your network, you may be surprised who you find that connects with the needs of the MS Society.

Last year, I went to “ride,” but I finished emotionally "moved," to be part of this “best dam bike ride,” with these great, appreciating, and supportive group of people.
